Frequently Asked Question

*Doctor MUST be added in medical software first* 

Log into Automed Dashboard and locate the Doctors section. 

Load Doctors from PMS

Find the Doctor once loaded and edit 

Edit required fields: 
- Display Name
- Gender
- Type: "Doctor" 
- About info

Scroll down to 'Appointment settings'
Tick 'Allow Appointments' and any other option specific to the doctor

Average Appointment Duration should be the same length as a standard appointment. 
Room number and Name are NOT required. 

Scroll through the appointments list and select the one/s the doctor should have enabled online. 

Hit Submit at the bottom of the page. 

Go back to the Doctors listed on the dashboard. 

Hit Publish Changes 

and wait until a green success message appears.
